Who We Are
01 · The companyBTX Capital Limited is a privately held virtual asset wealth management company incorporated in Kenya. We operate as a strategic subsidiary of BTX Treasury Group Corp., a holding company registered in Delaware, USA.
Our ambition is to become East Africa's first publicly listed Digital Asset Treasury company, offering institutional-grade digital asset management, treasury services and compliant investment solutions across emerging markets, subject to regulatory approval.
We were the first in East Africa to combine blockchain and artificial intelligence in fund management. In practice that means portfolio monitoring runs continuously, and the reporting our clients receive reflects what the chain actually shows rather than a monthly reconstruction.
We do not offer retail services. Every mandate is built for a specific client, and the clients are private, corporate and institutional investors who need digital asset exposure held to the standards their boards and auditors already expect.

Regulatory Status
04 · ComplianceBTX Capital Limited has applied to the Capital Markets Authority of Kenya for two licences under the Virtual Asset Service Providers Act 2025: Virtual Asset Manager, and Virtual Asset Investment Advisor.
Both applications are pending. Until they are determined we do not hold a licence from the Capital Markets Authority, and nothing on this site should be read as an offer of licensed services.
